Return & Refund Policy
Only Packed/Sealed Items
Return is only accepted for factory-sealed, packed items. Loose items (atta, rice, dal by weight, etc.) are non-returnable.
In-Store Return Only
You must bring the item to our store at Kotwali Chowk, Bhavara, Madhubani. We do not offer pickup for returns.
Within 24 Hours
Return must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. After that, no returns will be accepted.
Original Condition
Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags/seals intact.

📍 How to Return
Bring the item to our store — Birju Kirana, Kotwali Chowk, Bhavara, Madhubani (847212). Bill/receipt is mandatory. Refund will be processed same day in cash or adjusted in your next order.
